Details

The Langdon Fire Hall is the new home of fire and emergency services for the town and the surrounding area. At 15,898 ft², and with 10 garage bays, office space, and training rooms, it is a much needed improvement for the growing community and surrounding area.

CANA was chosen to deliver this project in a lump sum format, and scope of work for the project included everything from site excavation for the base building to construction of the building, tying into utility services, and landscaping.

With some early challenges due to the design, CANA worked with the owner and the design consultant to make some schedule adjustments to keep on track. By getting critical work out of the way early like the block work and sealing the envelope, we were able to get the trades inside of the building to perform their scopes on time.
