CANA Construction's Design Build Service allows the owner to provide a program outlining a conceptual scope of work with our Design Build team submitting an all-inclusive price for the complete design and construction of the facility.
Design Build service minimizes the project risk for the owner and reduces the project schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase. CANA Construction employs design and construction professionals working directly for its customers.
The Project Team delivers the product at a fixed price to the owner's specification. The Design Build defined parameters include scope of work, materials, products and schedule.

CANA Group of Companies Light Industrial Facility Redevelopment.
Shepard Development Corporation is working with GEC Architecture on the development of a new office, shop and warehouse facility for the CANA Group on our existing site at 4th Street SE, Calgary. The facility will include 60,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of shop/warehouse space, and has been submitted to the City of Calgary for a Development Permit Application.

In lieu of Christmas cards and corporate gifts, CANA has chosen to donate to the Bannerman/Clark Christmas Day Dinner on behalf of all CANA employees. This dinner is held at the Mustard Seed and Brenda’s House - a transitional home for homeless families (Children’s Cottage) serving 1600 meals and 100 meals with presents respectively.
