In addition to Construction Management, CANA Construction has the versatility to provide services under stipulated lump-sum contracts, fixed-fee contracts, design-build services and project management services.

CANA Group of Companies Light Industrial Facility Redevelopment.
Shepard Development Corporation is working with GEC Architecture on the development of a new office, shop and warehouse facility for the CANA Group on our existing site at 4th Street SE, Calgary. The facility will include 60,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of shop/warehouse space, and has been submitted to the City of Calgary for a Development Permit Application.

In lieu of Christmas cards and corporate gifts, CANA has chosen to donate to the Bannerman/Clark Christmas Day Dinner on behalf of all CANA employees. This dinner is held at the Mustard Seed and Brenda’s House - a transitional home for homeless families (Children’s Cottage) serving 1600 meals and 100 meals with presents respectively.
